Pasalubong 101: Bohol Souvenirs and Delicacies

Before leaving Bohol, samahan si Teh and friends sa kanilang pagha-hunt and shop ng pasalubong and souvenirs... :)

~ Balicasag Island Souvenir Shops ~
Located at: Balicasag Island (duh?)
Visited on: Day 2 - after brunch
What to find and buy here?
Hats, bags, and other handicrafts...

Keychains, bracelets, and other accessories...

Bohol shirts and shawls...
Ang pinaglaruan nina Teh...
Bow!

~ Bohol Bee Farm Livelihood Section ~
Located at: Panglao Island
Visited on: Day 2 - afternoon
What to find and buy here?
Handicrafts made by these Buzzzy Artisans...
Hand-made Charms...

Woven cloths...

Oil paintings...

Organic edible products... :)

Tips: Kung artworks and local handicrafts ang bet mo, tumbling na papuntang Bee Farm! :D Sa mga matatakaw katulad ni Teh, pero medyo health conscious, bumili na rito ng Fruit Jams, Teabags (mas mura po ng Php20 'yung hindi naka-box, pero same quantity naman ng bags), Chips and many more... Basta hanap mo ay anything made from organic plants and trees, this is the right place to shop goodies. :)

~ Souvenir Shops near Hinagdanan Cave ~
Located at: Panglao Island
Visited on: Day 2 - afternoon
What to find and buy here? Souvenir stores everywhere! As in literal kahit saan ka lumingon may tindahan ng pasalubong...

Tips: Murang shirt ba ang hanap mo? Dito ka na mamili. Dahil so far, aside from palengke, ito ang lugar kung saan ako nakakita ng mabababang prices ng shirts, depende kung mid-quality or high-quality shirt ang bibilhin. Mura rin ang famous Peanut Kisses dito, so far, comparing it with other attractions in Bohol na napuntahan namin... :) Though I don't advice that you buy tarsier goodies here...

~ Nova Shell Museum Shop ~
Located at: Panglao Island
Visited on: Day 2 - afternoon
What to find and buy here?
Display for desk made of shells...

Abubots made of shells...

Home decors made of shells...
Tips: If you're a shell-lover, definitely malulula ka sa dami ng pupuwede mong mabili rito. Kahit ako na hindi hardcore fan ng shells, namangha and at the same time, nahilo rin ako sa dami ng pagpipilian. At nauwi ako sa pagbili ng isang kwintas... By the way, haggling is accepted here, lalo na kung maraming bibilhin. ;)

~ Aproniana Giftshop ~
Located at: Baclayon
Visited on: Day 3 - morning
What to find and buy here? Bohol souvenir shirts and items! :)
Welcome, welcome! :)
Hahaha! :D

~ Baclayon Church Religious Store ~
Located at: Baclayon
Visited on: Day 3 - morning
What to find and buy here?
Religious items.
(Nagdadasal din kaya sila?...)
My Bertdey Angel:
St. Uriel

Tips: Aside from religious artifacts, what caught my attention was this know your birth angel for free! (Well sabi nga, there's nothing cheaper than something free. Hehe.) Hahaha! Buy your birth angel statue for only Php 250! This will serve as a church donation pa. :)

~ Hanging Bridges Pasalubong Shops ~
Located at: Sevilla-Loboc
Visited on: Day 3 - afternoon
What to find and buy here?

Haha!)

~ Nicole's Souvenirs & Gift Shop ~
Located at: Carmen
Visited on: Day 3 - afternoon
What to buy here?
Bohol souvenir shirts...
Tarsier magnets and unlimited Peanut Kisses...
Necklaces, bracelets,
and other accessories...

Not sure about the shirts and kisses, pero compared with the stores sa paanan ng view deck, mas mura ang mga keychains, ref magnets and other accessories dito. Hehe! :D

At dahil kumpleto na ang pasalubong nina Teh and friends, back to reality ulit. Uwian time na. :)

Before I completely close my adventure journal about Bohol, gusto kong pasalamatan si Peng, ang mag-anak nina Kuya Jake and Ate Nice, and sa Tita ni Peng na Mom ni Kuya Jake na si Tita Flor. Super thank you po for your hospitality! ^_^

Special thanks to J.C.I. Photography and Prime Asia Handicraft for sponsoring our Bohol adventures. :)

  1. I know this is an old post, pero very informative para sakin. I'll make sure to share this with my partner as she and I are going to Bohol this year and we don't want to spend an insane amount of time deciding on where the pasalubong is cheapest. Thanks!
